Refund policy
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, except under exceptional circumstances approved by our team.
Eligibility
Items eligible for return must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging, with all tags intact
Please do not place shipping labels or write on the product packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria or fall outside the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Items purchased during sale events (final sale)
• Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health or personal care items
Approval Process
All returns require prior approval. Please contact us or submit a request through our Returns Center before sending your item. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within one week of delivery. Email support@joyful-harvest.com with detailed information and photos of the damage. We’ll assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@joyful-harvest.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
• You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver:
• The refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or order errors.
