Shipment Processing Time

• Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available for a single shipment.
• During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
• Upon shipment, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Damages
• Joyful Harvest is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.
